Booking Conditions and Cancellations

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Deposits will only be refunded if you notify management at least 14 days prior to your arrival date
  • A $50 administration fee will apply to refunds
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct with park management
  • Park management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion

No Refund

  • All tariffs are due and payable in advance
  • No refunds for early check out / departure

Payment Type & Credit Card Surcharge

  • Cash, Bank Card or VISA Accepted on arrival
  • Cheques, Diners Cards and American Express Cards NOT accepted
  • A 1.0% surcharge will be applied to all payments made by credit or debit card


  • Dogs are only allowed on powered or unpowered sites with the prior permission of park management
  • Park management has the right to disapprove any dogs at its discretion
  • Guests must follow the park policies in relation to dogs
  • Dogs are not permitted in any onsite accommodation

  • Check-in is at 2.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am
